Celebrate St. Lucian Independence with Bon Mangé Sessions. Join Bon Mangé for a modern St Lucian dining experience. Indulge in a 5-dish tasting menu that pays homage to St. Lucian flavours, served in Hammersmith, London, on 8 February 2025. To make the experience even sweeter, every ticket includes a rum punch cocktail or mocktail.
Caribbean Taste of the Month
Indulge in Caribbean Chocolate at GABU Chocolatier.
One of my absolute favourite Caribbean finds of 2024, GABU Chocolatier, is my pick for Caribbean Taste of the Month!
Tucked away in Gabriel’s Wharf on London’s Southbank, GABU is a hidden gem run by passionate chocolatier Lisette Davis. She handcrafts incredible artisan chocolates using ethically sourced cocoa from Grenada, the Dominican Republic, and Madagascar, ensuring that every bite supports fair trade and sustainability.
Whether you’re after a smooth hot chocolate to warm up a chilly day or the perfect Valentine’s treat , GABU is a must-visit. I can’t get enough of the cookies —but honestly, everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious!
