Caribbean Taste of the Month
Bon Mangé Sessions
This month, Bon Mangé takes the spotlight as Caribbean Taste of the Month for its incredible celebration of St. Lucian cuisine. I finally had the chance to attend their Supper Club on Saturday, 8th February, and it was an unforgettable experience!
In honour of St. Lucian Independence (22nd February), this special edition featured a five-dish tasting menu showcasing modern St. Lucian flavours. From crispy saltfish fritters to flavourful and comforting curry chicken with dal puri roti, every dish was amazing - but the coconut prawns with breadfruit mash were an absolute standout for me.

Of course, I had to grab two jars of Bon Mangé Aunty Val’s Hot Sauce and Green Seasoning - essential additions to any kitchen that wants to incorporate some Caribbean flavour into their meals.

Bon Mangé is a brand dedicated to celebrating and sharing the flavours of St. Lucian cuisine. Through supper clubs, speciality sauces, and immersive dining experiences, Bon Mangé introduces people to the authentic tastes of the island. More than just food, the brand serves as an opportunity for people to learn about St. Lucian culture.
Be sure to follow them for updates on future events and to explore the authentic flavours of the island. You won’t regret it! ✨
