Delivery is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and value of your order. We’ve tried our best to make sure your order is sent at the best possible price, whilst using the most appropriate options to keep your items safe. At checkout you’ll be given the delivery options available to you.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail or an appropriate UK Courier. Larger or higher value orders may be sent by a different UK courier. The cost of delivery is calculated at the checkout. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch. Delivery times vary depending on which delivery service you choose:

Some items are made to order & can take up to eight weeks to be produced and dispatched. See each product’s individual description for production times. If you need something delivered sooner, please get in touch and we will see what we can do. Note that rush orders may be subject to an additional fee. Made to order items are sent by a Royal Mail tracked service or another appropriate tracked courier service.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days after dispatch, or your products are damaged, please email hello@tiharasmith.com quoting your order number. If your item is damaged, please attach an image of the damaged parcel. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
